Ingredients
- 1 quart coconut milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 oz cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
- 3 teaspoons stevia
- 1 cup cornstarch
Garnish
- 1/4 cup walnuts
Instructions
Add all ingredients to pan. Stir continuously with a Wisk until the mixture boils and becomes thick. Turn off heat and pour into a glass pan. Let it cool and then put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with walnuts as a garnish.

If you are allergic to milk here is a great chocolate pudding made with coconut milk.
