Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

 
 Steam broccoli for a few minutes.
 In frying pan sauté broccoli in olive oil and dried red pepper until crisp. Add salt and freshly grated parmesan cheese when it is done.
 
 
 

Comments

I learned this dish from an Italian friend in Miami Beach in the eighties. This is one of my favorite ways to cook broccoli. My family loves this recipe.
