Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced paneer
Blender
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic 
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 5  roma red tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoonf cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
Pan ingredients
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup diced paneer
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions

Add all blender ingredients to blender. Blend well.
Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the butter. When butter is melted and hot add cumin and mustard seeds. When the seeds begin to pop add the blender mixture. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the paneer and the cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the peas and turn off heat. Add the cilantro and serve.
