Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 /2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Pre heat oven to broil
Cut potatoes into thin slices. Place in bowl and add rest of ingredients. Mix well.
Place potatoes on cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes until potatoes are done.

Comments

This dish goes very well with fish.
