Broil salmon and sesame seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon  sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon gomasio
Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sauce, tomato chili sauce, bottled, no salt, low sodium
  • 1/4 tablespoon capers

Instructions

Pre heat oven to broil
Put sesame seeds and gomasio on plate. dip the salmon in the seasme seeds and turn over. Make sure salmon is complety coated.
Place on cookie sheet and broil for around 6 minutes or until salmon is done.
Combine all ingredients for the sauce into a bowl. Stir.

 

Comments

Have a nice piece of salmon in around 15 minutes.
