Broiled salmon and mustard

Ingredients

  • 2 fillet Fish, salmon, chinook, raw
  • 3 teaspoons gomasio

Sauce

  • 1/16 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

Pre heat oven to broil
Dip the salmon in the mustard sauce and turn over. Make sure salmon is completely coated.
Sprinkle mustards seeds to cover the salmon.
 
Place on cookie sheet and broil for around 6 minutes or until salmon is done.
Combine all ingredients for the sauce into a bowl. Stir.
