Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 16 oz whitefish
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 whole jalapeno pepper
  • 1 whole fresh lemon juice
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • dash of salt
  • 1 bottle dos equis beer
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon saffron
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add butter. When butter is melted add the garlic, jalapeno, tomato and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the beer, potatoes and white fish. Bring to a boil. When broth boils turn down heat and simmer for around 10 minutes.

This dish was so good that I forgot to take pictures until my last bowl was served. You will love this soup.
