Ingredients

  • 1 fillet whitefish
  • 12 large shrimp
  • 1 link  Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 oz Chardonnay wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 tablespoon  crushed bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the butter. Sauté the onion and fresh tomatoes on a low heat for a few minutes. Add the sausage. Sauté for a few more minutes. Add the spices, wine, chopped up fish fillet and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. %minutes before serving add the shrimp.

This may not be 100% Spanish but it’s a great fish stew.
