Ingredients

 
  • 1 fillet whitefish
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic diced
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 whole Thai chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1  teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

Heat up pan with water. When water boils add the diced potatoes and carrots. Take of burner and drain when potatoes are done.
 
Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the coconut oil. When oil is hot add the onions, garlic, tomato and jalapeno pepper. When onions are golden brown add the spices and water. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the fish and sauté on both sides until done. Add the carrots and potatoes.  Add the fresh spinach and cook until spinach is down. About 2 minutes. Add salt to taste. Chop up the fish.
