Ingredients
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1/8 teaspoon saffron
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 whole fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pomegranates
Instructions
Wash the rice. Add water to pan. Bring to a boil.
When water boils, add the rice and saffron. Cook for 20 minutes on a low heat.

When rice is done take off burner. Open up pomegranate and remove seeds. Juice will come with the seeds when seeds are removed. Add the pomegranate seeds with juice and the rest of the ingredients to the rice. Stir lightly.
Serve on a serving plate.
