Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 cups almond milk or milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder

Instructions

Put frozen bananas, almond milk or milk , peanut butter and carob powder in blender.
Blend. Add ice and blend again.
Smoothie should be quite thick.
 

Comments

I love this drink when I am lazy and do not want to cook. It tastes great.
