Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust Pie crust, refrigerated, regular, baked
  • 4 medium eggs 
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 medium diced red onion
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese

Instructions


Pre heat oven to 350.
Heat up skillet and add butter. Add the onions and sauté on low to medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream and spices. Wish until eggs are mixed together.
Spoon onions into pie shell. Add the egg mixture. Sprinkle the goat on top of the mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes
