Ingredients

  • 16 oz Game meat, buffalo, water, raw
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 3 medium diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add ghee. When ghee is hot add the onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Sauté until onions are golden. Add your spices. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the beef. Sauté for few minutes. Add the water and potatoes. Cook for around 10 minutes.

This is a great dish using buffalo and potatoes for a Pakistani stew.
