Ingredients

Paneer
  • 4 quarts  milk
  • 4 whole fresh Lemon juice
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

 
 
Heat up pan. Add ghee. When ghee is hot add the onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Sauté until onions are golden. Add your spices. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the paneer. Sauté for few minutes. Add the water and potatoes. Cook for around 10 minutes.
 

Comments

This is a quick and easy dish to make. You can use either homemade or store bought paneer. I prefer homemade.
