Ingredients

  • 1 bag green tea bags
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup half and half milk
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom 
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery

Instructions

Add water, tea bag, baking soda, jaggery, and cardamom. Bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes. Add the half and half.
 

Comments

I first had pink chai at a Pakistani restaurant in Kansas City. It’s a very easy tea to make.
