Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 thigh with skin chicken thigh
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup water 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add ghee. When ghee is hot add the onions, garlic and fresh ginger. Sauté until onions are golden. Add the chicken. Sauté on both sides until chicken is golden. Add curry powder and salt. Sauté for a few minutes.  Add the water. Cook for around 10 minutes.
