Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 
  • 6 sprouted corn tortilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

Wisk eggs. Heat up pan. Add butter. When butter is hot add the eggs and the diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Stir until eggs are scrambled. Heat up corn tortillas. On serving plates place 3 tortillas on plate. Place scrambles eggs on top. Serve.
