Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/16 cup mole sauce
  • 2 breast chicken
  • 1/2 bottle dos equis beer
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add olive oil. Sauté zucchini until golden brown. Sauté chicken until golden brown. Add the mole and stir until mole is smooth. Add the beer and simmer for around 10 minutes.

Comments

I made this up when I came home from work and saw these few ingredients in the fridge. It ’s a great tasting dish.
