Ingredients

  • 15 large shrimp
  • 2 serving Turkey sausage, fresh, raw
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 large corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon gumbo file
  • 1/16 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 bottle dos equis beer
 

Instructions

Put all ingredients in pan except for the corn. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut corn of cob and place in soup. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
