Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mushrooms, portabella, raw
  • 4 slice sourdough bread
  • 2 slice provolone Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
 
With your hands coat the mushrooms with the olive oil. Place in over for 20 minutes. Place slice of cheese on top of the mushrooms. Place back in oven and let the cheese melt. About 1 to 2 minutes.
 
 
Toast the bread. Mix the mayonnaise and chili paste together. Spread on bread. Place the mushroom on top. Serve.
