Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Taro
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon chat masala

toppings

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 12 large shrimp 
  • 2 serving Turkey sausage, fresh, raw
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 teaspoons cooking wine
 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Spread the coconut oil over the taro. Sprinkle the paprika and chat masala over the sliced taro. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat up skillet. Add the coconut oil. When oil is hot add the sausage and shrimp. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the fish stock and the wine. Sauté for a few minutes. I used the fish stock from my seafood delight recipe.

 Sauté until the stock is evaporated. When taro is finished baking take out of oven and place on plates. Put the shrimp mixture over the baked taro. Yummy.
