Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 breast, bone removed chicken breast
  • 8 cups Soup, stock, fish, home-prepared
  • 3 teaspoons cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoons kecap manis
 

Instructions

 Cut up chicken in cubes.
 Heat up pan. Add the olive oil and sauté the diced zucchini until they are done. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until done. 
 Add the fish stock, kecap manis and the wine. Simmer for 15 minutes. I used the fish stock from my seafood delight recipe.

This soup is great the first day yet it’s even better the following day. I had it cold. The flavors are simply amazing.
