- 2 cups diced taro
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/16 teaspoon pandon
Instructions
Steam taro for 20 to 25 minutes or until taro is cooked.
Peel skins off taro. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
