Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon  turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
 
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon salsa
  • 1 tortilla corn tortillas
 

Instructions

Beat with fork your eggs until blended. Beat in the milk and spices.
Heat up omelet pan. When ghee is hot add the eggs mixture. Cook on low heat. When cooking stick the eggs mixture with a fork to allow the eggs to cook properly. When it is all the same consistency the omelet is done.
 
Garnish with salsa and 1 hot corn tortillia.

Comments

This is a great dish for either breakfast or dinner. It’s very easy to make and high in protein.
