  • 1 tablespoon Pickled Ginger
  • 1/4 breast, bone removed chicken breasts
 

Instructions

Combine cubed chicken breast, mayonnaise, pickled ginger and sun-dried tomatoes.

Comments

This is a quick and easy open faced sandwich. It’s quite delicious.
