Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 6 dried whole red chili pepper
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 breast, bone removed chicken breasts
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup half and half milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
 

Instructions

Soak the dried whole red chili pepper in water for 20 minutes.
Heat up pan. Add olive oil. When oil is hot add the onions and garlic. Sauté until golden brown.
Take off the stems of the red chili pepper. Take out the seeds and place the peppers in a blender. Add the onion, spices and garlic. Add the water and blend until smooth. You may need some more water. When mixture is smooth put mixture in a frying pan. Add the mixture and chicken. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the corn tortillas cut into triangles, half and half milk and the cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted.
