Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn
  • 12 large olives
  • 1 cup mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup half and half milk
  • 4 tortillia corn tortillas
  • 1 whole 
    chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425
Cut the tortillas into triangles. Cut up the whole chipotle peppers into small pieces. Dice the olives into rounds. Add all ingredients into casserole pan. Mix well.
Cook for 30 minutes or until done.
 

Comments

This dish is great when you use organic corn.
