Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh  pineapple
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup ice

Instructions

Cut pineapple into cubes. Place in blender.
Blend fresh pineapple in blender. Strain. Add fresh coconut milk. Blend
Serve with crushed ice in glasses.
 

Comments

I first had this in Mexico. I still love this receipe. In Miami Beach there was a juice bar called Athens juice bar which made this fresh everyday.
