Ingredients

  • 5 sprigs fresh Coriander | Coriander | cilantro | fresh cilantro
  • 2 roll Rolls, french
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 20 medium shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

With a knife split open the French rolls length wise. Spread the mayonnaise and the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce over the rolls.
 Sauté the shrimp in olive oil until done. Let it cool. Place on French roll. Place cilantro and jalapeno pepper slices for garnish.
