Ingredients
- 4 large pita bread
- 8 sliced onions rings
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 16 large kalamata olives
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 leaves fresh mint
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Slice onions in thin circles.
Crumble feta cheese.
Cut in half kalamata olives. Dice your tomatoes and fresh mint. Add you Greek Yogurt and olive oil. Mix well.
Assemble on pita bread.
Bake at 350 until pita bread is toasty.
Drizzle olive oil on top of pitas and serve.
