Ingredients
- 4 slice jarlsberg cheese
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 tablespoon catsup
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Slice jarslberge cheese into thin slices.
Spread on rye bread mustard and some ketchup.
Put a layer of cheese on top. Then spread sauerkraut on top.
Put top on bread.
Sauté in butter or safflower oil until the cheese melts and the sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
