Ingredients
- 16 oz Pasta, fresh-refrigerated, spinach, cooked
- 6 oz peas
- 1/2 cup butter
- dash of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta. Drain and keep warm. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown. Add Pea Pods. Sauté for a few minutes. Remove from heat.
Add pasta and pea pods. Toss together. Add salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with Romano cheese

This is a different way to have your pasta. I first made this living in Miami Beach in the eighties. For a modern day version I would use way less butter. I would use a tablespoon of butter.
