Ingredients

  • 2 cup Edamame
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame Oil
  •  1/4 tablespoon Mirin Rice Cooking Wine

Instructions

In sauce bowl add your tamari, pickled ginger, seasme oil and murin. Mix.
Boil water. when water boils add your edamame and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain edamame in a colander. Place edamame in serving bowl. In order to eat the edame use your fingers and peel open the skin and put the pea pods on your plate and garnish with your sauce.
