Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 medium  plantains
  • 1 dash salt
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro diced fine

Instructions

Heat up coconut oil in skillet. Add your plantains and sauté until crispy on one side and then flip them over. Add salt and drain on paper towels. Garnish with cilantro if desired.

This is very easy to make. It’s quick and delicious. My friend Jacques and his wife would love to eat this at a Jamaican restaurant in Oakland California. Yum Yum
