Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Kahlua
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 oz toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

Toast coconut flakes by placing coconut flakes in a heated pan. Turn on burner to high. Stir constantly. When the coconut flakes turn brown take off hear and place in a small bowl. You do not want to burn the coconut flakes.
 
Place all ingredients into glass bowl and mix until stevia id dissolved. Place in freezer for at least one hour. Pour mixture into ice cream make and churn for 15 minutes. Add the raisins and churn for another few minutes. Ice cream will have a soft creamy texture. If you want it firmer place in freezer overnight.
