Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes cut into thin slices
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 oz grated romano cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.
In sauce pan heat up cream. In casserole pan sprinkle olive oil on pan with a paper towel. Place a layer of potatoes overlapping each other. Pour a little of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over potatoes. Repeat the same step above. Sprinkle the freshly grated romano cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
