Ingredients

  • 1/2 block diced tofu
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/16 tablespoon Mirin Rice Cooking Wine
  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)

Instructions

Dice the cabbage into thin strips. Dice the tofu into cubes. In wok heat up coconut oil. When wok is hot add the cabbage. Cook for a few minutes. Add your sesame oil, rice vinegar, and mirin and chili paste. Add your tofu. Cook for another 5 minutes. I like my cabbage to be crunchy. If you don’t want that cook until you like your cabbage.

Comments

Tofu and cabbage go together well. I love the taste of chili paste, sesame oil, rice vinegar and mirin(rice wine).
