Potato broccoli casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large idaho potato diced
- 1 cup diced broccoli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- dash of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Pre heat to 375
Dice potatoes. Boil potato for around 5 minutes or until soft. Heat up skillet. Add sprinkle of olive to skillet. When oil is hot add your broccoli. Sauté for one minute. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover with lid and take off burner. Let it steam for around 3 minutes.
When potatoes are done drain them and add them to the skillet.
Add your spices and chili paste. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

This is a quick and easy dish to make. Potatoes, broccoli and cheese go together well. I love the spiciness of the chili paste.
