Shrimp tomato pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 8 large shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon  Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol

Instructions

Make tomato pesto sauce http://www.whatscookingtreasures.com/Home/Display?row=250
Heat up skillet. Add dash of olive oil. When oil is hot cook shrimp. Add a splash of vanilla. Cook until shrimp is done. Add a splash of sherry. Add your tomato pesto sauce and bring to boil. Simmer and cook for 15 minutes. When shrimp is done sprinkle coconut flakes on top of dish.
