Ingredients

  • 8 large shrimp
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • 1/2 medium diced tomato

Instructions

Sauté shrimp in olive oil. When shrimp is done add the sherry. Cook for one minute.
Put shrimp on salad plate. Add diced avocados, diced onion and diced tomato. Serve
 

Comments

This is a nice salad to have on a hot summer day. The shrimp is cooked in olive oil and sherry. When you add shrimp and avocado how could you go wrong?
