Ingredients
- 6 large fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons romesco sauce
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- Cambodian mayonnaise
- Thai mayonnaise
Instructions
Pre heat oven to broil. Chuck you corn and put them on a cookie sheet. Broil for around 5 minutes. Take out of oven and with a pastry brush, brush each of corn with a different sauce. You will have 4 different sauces. Each corn on the cob will have a different sauce.
Put back in oven until corn kernels turn golden brown and the sauce is hot.

In another mixing bowl add the 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon sriracha hot chili sauce.
Put back in oven until corn kernels turn golden brown and the sauce is hot.

This is a delicious recipe for roasted corn on the cob. Each corn on the cob has a different sauce that is spread over it. As you can see the end result is very beautiful and eye pleasing.
I use romesco sauce, pesto sauce, Cambodian mayonnaise and Thai mayonnaise for the basting of the corn.
