Ingredients

Paneer
  • 4 quarts  milk
  • 4 whole fresh Lemon juice
 
Syrup
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/8 teaspoon saffron
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey

 

Instructions

 
Mix water, honey or sugar, rose water, and saffron in pot. Simmer. 
 
Cut your paneer into squares. Drop into syrup mixture. Cook for 10 minutes.
 

Comments

I first had this dessert in India many moons ago. It’s not an exact recipe but it taste incredible. I love sweets that are soaked in honey, rose water and saffron.
