Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 5  leaves fresh mint

Instructions

Heat cast iron skillet.
Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds to pan.
Cook until you can smell the seeds. Do not burn seeds.
Use a mortar to crush seeds. 
Mash banana.
Mix yogurt with banana.
Add salt.
Garnish with cumin seeds and fresh mint.

Comments

This is another old recipe that I have been using for many years. I love the flavors of yogurt, banana and cumin seeds. Fresh mint adds to the flavor.
