Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoon Berbere 
  • 3 teaspoon Niter Kebbeh
  • 1/2 medium onion diced fine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh diced ginger
  • 1 medium diced potato
  • 1 medium diced carrot
  • 2 stalk diced celery
  • dash of salt
 

Instructions

Make berbere

Make Niter Kebbeh

Heat up skillet with 1 tablespoon Niter Kebbeh. Sauté onions, garlic and ginger. Sauté until the mixture is golden brown.  Add 1 tablespoon Berbere and 1/4 cup water and your fresh vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes.
