Ingredients
- 2 cups mung beans
- 2 cups Watermelon diced
- 2 cups papayas
- 1/8 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1/8 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
- 1/2 whole fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Comments
This is one of my favorite Thai fruit salads.
It is both sweet and salty at the same time.
