Salmon with Spicy broad bean fish sauce

Ingredients
- 1 fillet salmon
- 3 teaspoons spicy broad bean sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons diced shallots
- 2 cloves diced garlic
- 2 cups fine Cabbage, chinese (pe-tsai), raw
- 10 sprigs fresh cilantro diced fine
- 1/4 cup mung bean sprouts
Instructions
Heat up skillet. Add coconut oil. When oil is hot add your shallots and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add your spicy broad bean fish sauce and your water. Add your cabbage and cook for a few minutes. Add your salmon filet. Cover with lid and simmer for around 10 minutes.
Put on serving plate and garnish with fresh cilantro and mung bean sprouts.
