Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1 tablespoon guava paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tablespoon  fish sauce
  • 1/2 whole fresh lime juice

Instructions

Use 1 tablespoon of guava paste

Put eggs in mixing bowl. Whip eggs with fork. Add your guava paste, red pepper flakes, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix until eggs are well beaten.

Put eggs in nonstick skillet. Heat up skillet. Cook until eggs are crispy on bottom side. Flip over and cook for a few minutes.
Serve.
