Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
 

Instructions

Cut open watermelon.
Put meat in blender.
Blend. Strain then add rosewater and yogurt.
To serve have crushed ice in glasses.
Pour into glasses.

Comments

This is a spin on the Indians version of lassi. I added watermelon juice. I first made this for a 15 course Indian feast in Buffalo New York in the seventies.
