Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
- 1 whole Thai chile pepper
- 1 teaspoon 5 star anise
- 1/4 tablespoon diced fresh mint
- 10 sprigs diced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 large cooked shrimp
Instructions
Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When olive oil is hot add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes. Add the vanilla and all the spices. Cook for one more minute.
Serve with sourdough bread.
