Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 1 whole Thai chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoon 5 star anise
  • 1/4 tablespoon diced fresh mint
  • 10 sprigs diced fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 12 large cooked shrimp

Instructions

Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When olive oil is hot add the shrimp and cook for a few minutes. Add the vanilla and all the spices. Cook for one more minute.
Serve with sourdough bread.
