Beef, coconut, chili, galangal, ginger, onion, garlic, lime leaves, turmeric leaves, lemongrass.

1 kg beef, 2 coconut, 2 spoon chili, 1 spoon garlic, 1 spoon onion, 1 spoon ginger, 1 spoon galangal, 7 lime leaves, 3 turmeric leaves, 1 lemon grass. How to make : steam coconut milk (from 2 coconut) 500 cc till comes out of oil. steam 2 times a day. and tomorrow, put beef inside into which cut 20 pieces (1 kg), put all spices together. steam till boil up. then steam again. we have to steam at least 4 times (2 days) morning and evening. till the color becoming black. So totally 3 days to make this RENDANG. then u can eat or can keep into refrigerator and when u want to eat, u just put into microwave or warm magic cooker without have to cook again.
